About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered SCPHN Nurse to join our Compass team in Warwickshire. As a School Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing health and well-being services to school-aged children across the county.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional leadership and direction to a skill mix team to enable the efficient and effective delivery of our programme.
  • Deliver a range of assessments, brief interventions, and proactive public health initiatives for your caseload.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to support children and families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health and well-being strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing qualification (SCPHN - School Nursing).
  • Previous experience in caseload management and mentorship/preceptorship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills.
