We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Water Quality team at Essex and Suffolk Water. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Water Quality team, including data analysis, attention to detail, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Water Quality team, including data analysis and attention to detail.
- Handle and interpret large data sets in Excel.
- Work on your own initiative and make decisions based on information collated.
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers via phone and email.
Requirements:
- Sound experience in all aspects of administration.
- Analytic background and ability to handle and interpret large data sets in Excel.
- Confidence to work on your own initiative and make decisions based on information collated.
- Customer service experience.
