Our clients, a leading Law firm based in Central London, are seeking a skilled Learning and Development administrator to support their team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the learning and development and diversity and inclusion functions, with a good understanding of the legal industry and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the London L&D training schedule and D&I events calendar, ensuring smooth execution of events and training sessions.
  2. Coordinate with external providers, set up meetings, and monitor contracts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  3. Monitor L&D and D&I spend against budget, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  4. Support the L&D and D&I managers in their duties, and contribute to the development of training programs and materials.
  5. Ensure the easy access of key documents, training materials, and reports through an accurate online filing system.

Requirements

  1. Knowledge of the UK legal market and regulatory requirements.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
