Learning and Development Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking team player to join the Learning and Development team at North Middlesex University Hospital. The successful candidate will provide professional administrative support to the Education and Training specialty, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality training programs and services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including coordinating training programs, managing databases, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the development and implementation of training programs, including creating training materials, coordinating logistics, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Support the Education and Training team in delivering high-quality training services, including coordinating training sessions, managing equipment, and ensuring a smooth learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of training programs and services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in a healthcare or education setting, with a strong understanding of training and development principles and practices.
