BNS Limited is seeking a highly skilled Residential Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management services group, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential developments, ensuring a high standard of living for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Community Building and Engagement: Foster a sense of community among residents, encouraging social activities and events that promote a positive living environment.
- Emergency Response and Support: Collaborate with our care line to provide timely support in emergency situations, ensuring residents receive the assistance they need.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of communal areas, gardens, and grounds, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving tenant disputes, such as noise complaints, to achieve a satisfactory outcome for all parties.
- Car Park Management: Monitor and manage the car park, communicating with leaseholders and relevant authorities to resolve instances of unauthorized parking.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate with contractors to arrange ad-hoc repairs, manage supplier performance, and conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the efficient operation of health and safety systems, including fire alarms, door entry, and fire appliances, and conduct routine tests and inspections as required.
- Collaboration and Compliance: Work with specialist advisers and technicians to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records of leaseholder contact details.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to enquiries via phone, email, and supporting access to our online portal.
- Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience: Support Environment: 1 year (required)
- Licence/Certification: NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
