About the RoleAs a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through focused market analysis and the development of tactical marketing plans. You will work closely with our sales and marketing organization to execute post-market strategies, identify clinical and market trends, and develop new product and marketing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Market Development: Assist in the development and execution of post-market strategies, identify clinical and market trends, and suggest new product and marketing opportunities.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Develop relationships with key opinion leaders in the field, sales representatives, and sales management.
- Planning and Analysis: Develop operational product launch strategies, identify product roll-out strategies, and develop competitive strategies.
- Product/Market Management: Develop, coordinate, and execute product training, facilitate physician-to-physician training, and develop downstream sales tools.
- Quality: Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures, facilitate and champion quality requirements, and demonstrate high commitment to quality in all interactions and behaviors.
