Brewery Operations Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our team as a Brewery Operations Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our brewery operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Unload bulk malt deliveries, hop deliveries, and sack malt deliveries
* Start and monitor malt milling, tipping in sack malt into the milling, and weight out hops for brewing
* Transport hops to the brewhouse and FVs
* Perform general cleaning and housekeeping, including stocktaking materials
* Use brewing process control computer
* Unload general deliveries

**Working Hours and Benefits:**

* 39 hours per week, with one hour unpaid lunch
* Monday to Friday, 7AM to 3PM, except Fridays when you will finish at 2PM
* 25 days paid holiday, including bank holidays
