About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Assist customers with purchases, answering questions and providing product information as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
  • Assist with stockroom organization and inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform other duties as required, including opening and closing the store, and participating in sales promotions and events.
