We are seeking a compassionate and patient graduate with a Psychology-related degree to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the SEND/Mental Health field.

Support Focus: 1:1 and small group sessions with students diagnosed with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and Speech & Language difficulties

Role Overview:
Work closely with the SENCO to plan and deliver interventions, provide in-class support, de-escalate challenging situations, promote inclusivity, and help design accessible lesson content. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational or Clinical Psychologists who want valuable, hands-on experience before applying for Postgraduate or Master's programs.
