About the Role
  • Generate and book valuations, and conduct market appraisals/valuations to instruct properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies to achieve maximum income and profitability
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business growth
  • Work closely with the lettings team to achieve sales and lettings targets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in estate agency, lettings negotiation, or sales negotiation
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving license and ability to work in a target-driven environment
