As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management and leadership of your centre and team, taking full responsibility for performance across all operational aspects, including personnel, service delivery, profitability, sales, and administrative functions.

This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will actively engage with the service team, providing training, motivation, and support to ensure smooth and timely operations. Ideally, you should possess the qualifications and experience to conduct MOT testing, quick repairs, or servicing as needed, based on business demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively achieve and/or surpass sales goals and operational budgets
  • Enhance the quality and consistency of customer service
  • Meet transaction and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Manage customer complaints efficiently
  • Lead the team and resources to establish a strong local brand reputation

A minimum of 2 years' experience in the automotive sector is preferred, along with a proven track record in managing customer relations and leading a small team.
