Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Starbucks 23.5 Degrees Ltd. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and implement business strategies.
  • Assist with training new team members, welcoming them into the team and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting equality and diversity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and increasing profitability.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive store experience.
