Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager Assistant to join our team in Farnborough. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the management of the store, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.
- Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team and creating a fantastic place to shop and work.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and performance across all primary KPIs.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that the store is meeting its sales and performance targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's management experience in a retail environment.
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Passionate about retail and committed to delivering high standards and great results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire your team.
- Ready to take on 6 months of industry-leading training covering all aspects of the role, including customer service and health and safety.
