About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Antony James Recruitment. As a key member of our Technology and Data team, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion the use of data to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth
  • Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions
  • Design and lead data gathering initiatives to support business objectives
  • Develop and maintain the Data Register to document and manage key datasets
  • Facilitate training sessions to improve data literacy across the organization
Requirements
  • Experience working with data to provide insights and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling
  • Good understanding of SQL, MS Report Writer, or Power BI
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
