About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Surveyor to join our Asset Management team at Linc-Cymru. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking pre and post-contract inspections, managing voids and projects, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake pre and post-contract inspections to ensure quality maintenance services
  • Manage voids and projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and identify, raise, and monitor works across the business
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve quality maintenance services and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • HNC in a building-related subject or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Current working knowledge of construction Health & Safety
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and database packages
  • Analytical skills to analyze data and maintain information to report on trends and provide solutions
  • Competent numeracy skills, at least GCSE standard or equivalent
  • Full driving license
