At EE, we're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Manager. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales and customer service professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop Your Team: Coach, motivate, and develop your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, resulting in high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing stock, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and developing teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Customer Service Skills: Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering customer satisfaction.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
