Join Our Team as a Special Needs Support Assistant

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Aspire People is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Special Needs Support Assistant in various educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to students in classroom settings, small groups, and one-on-one.
  • Implement individualized support plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Possess relevant qualifications, such as Level 2 or 3 in Childhood Studies or a Teaching Assistant course.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in a special needs environment.
  • Hold additional training certifications in areas such as MAPA, Makaton, or Team Teach.
  • Exhibit a genuine commitment to supporting children with additional needs.
