About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at C. Hoare & Co. as a Security Guard. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect people, assets, data, and the bank's reputation by maintaining the security of all premises, monitoring the security control room, and responding to alarms and incidents.
  • Issue and revoke access badges as required, update access credentials, and support cashiers with safe keeping.
  • Record and escalate all security incidents, act as a fire warden, and support the delivery of the bank's clear desk policy.
  • Carry out patrols, provide support at events, update site instructions, and support the reception team with signing in visitors.
  • Manage the car park, highlight health and safety risks, and provide support and assistance to partners.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the corporate security sector.
  • Right to work in the UK and a checkable work history.
  • No current criminal convictions.
  • SIA Door Supervisor, CCTV operator, Security Guard qualifications.
  • Valid first aid certificate and BTEC Level 3 security qualification.
