Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee all company accounts and investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
- Supervise and manage the finance department staff to ensure effective financial management.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
- Review financial plans and budgets regularly to identify cost reduction opportunities.
The successful Financial Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a financial controller role.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of financial data analysis and forecasting.
- Professional certification such as CFA/CPA is considered a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range, estimated around £70,000-£85,000 per annum, as well as a generous holiday leave package and a positive company culture that fosters teamwork and innovation.
