We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates for our clients\u2019 needs, conducting initial screenings and interviews, and finding suitable assignments for our candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our CRM system.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates\u2019 skills, experience, and fit for our clients\u2019 requirements.
  • Find suitable assignments for our candidates by speaking with clients and introducing our services and candidates.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure we are maximizing our candidates\u2019 potential and meeting our clients\u2019 needs.
  • Make introduction calls to our clients and daily check-ins to ensure a personal approach is always given.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • A passion for helping others succeed and a hunger to be the best recruiter known in our field.
