We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Contract Personnel Ltd. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates for our clients' needs and conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our CRM system.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for our clients' requirements.
- Build relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Work collaboratively with our team to maximize candidate and client engagement.
- Utilize our bespoke CRM system to manage candidate and client interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
