Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior Luxury Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury menswear boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and repeat business.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our luxury menswear products, including made to measure and formal wear.
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product launches to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide excellent customer service to ensure a unique and exceptional experience for every client.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of menswear and made to measure products is essential.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate this effectively to clients.
