We are currently seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Consultant to join our team.

Your Role

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities and consistently uphold high standards of service in our retail environment. You will enjoy engaging with customers in a warm and efficient manner, always ready to assist with their inquiries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining stockrooms to a high standard and ensuring the retail space is clean and organized.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • Being aware of security protocols, including stock loss prevention.
  • Providing advice and recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

What We Are Looking For

You should have strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a drive to meet objectives. To excel in this role, you will need to have solid customer service experience, ideally within a retail setting related to the outdoor industry.

Additionally, the following qualities are desirable:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective selling abilities.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Interest in outdoor activities is a plus but not essential.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.
