Position Overview

We are currently looking for a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to join our team.

Your Role

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities and maintain exemplary standards of service in our retail environment. You will engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, addressing any inquiries they may have.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of organization in stockrooms and ensure the retail space is clean and inviting.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Be aware of security protocols to prevent stock loss.
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications

You should have strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a drive to achieve goals. Ideally, you will have experience in a retail setting, particularly within the outdoor industry.
