Store Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our team and drive business success in our stores. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales and service targets.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be the face of our business in the store, responsible for creating a positive and engaging customer experience. You'll lead a team of sales advisors and other store staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement store strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control store costs, including labor, stock, and overheads
  • Collaborate with other store managers and head office teams to share best practices and drive business success
