We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Team Leader or Supervisor looking for a step up. Our client is a market leading business established in the 1960s, in the heart of London's vibrant and bustling Chinatown.
As a Team Leader, you will motivate and inspire your team to provide only the highest levels of service to every customer. You will be a representative of this growing brand, being friendly, positive, approachable, and able to confidently lead and inspire a team to achieve store KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, inspire, and develop your team, spending most of your day on the shop floor, ensuring every customer is valued as soon as they walk through the door.
- Maximise sales at every opportunity and maintain positive standards.
- Inspire the team to achieve maximum performance levels through driving teamwork.
- Oversee product availability, maintain stock levels, and organise stock.
- Ensure the store delivers excellent retail standards, outstanding freshness, and ensure the team works within a safe environment.
- Help develop a culture that ensures the customer is at the heart of every decision.
- Drive service standards to achieve sales and exceed customer happiness targets.
- Approach problems confidently and resolve them with clear direction, being effective at all times.
Please note: this role will require an initial training period of 3 months to be spent at the Tottenham location, for which travel costs will be covered.
