Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Noble Futures, a specialist recruitment agency for the animal and agricultural related industries. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing support to clients in the Northern region of the UK.

This role entails presenting, educating, and selling innovative medical technology to veterinary surgeons and clinical stakeholders in the field. A background in the veterinary sector is essential, and we are looking for individuals who have a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.

You will be working with a company that is dedicated to improving animal healthcare through cutting-edge therapies, rehabilitation solutions, and diagnostic services. Their evidence-based technologies, developed by veterinarians for veterinarians, aim to advance veterinary practices and deliver outstanding patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of business development expertise, sales experience in the animal health/veterinary sector, and excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. They will also have the ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines under pressure.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of between £40,000 - £45,000
  • Performance-based bonus which can take your annual salary to over £63,000
