The Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Dermatology team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients with skin cancer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a caseload of patients with skin cancer, providing expert care and support throughout their treatment journey.
  2. Deliver teaching, mentoring, and assessment to colleagues and students, promoting excellence in clinical practice.
  3. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, driving best practice and patient outcomes.
  4. Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring holistic and dignified care.
  5. Provide psychological support and conduct Holistic Needs Assessments, demonstrating knowledge of survivorship initiatives.
  6. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of dermatology wound care and skincare protocols.
  8. Ensure compliance with protocols, policies, and clinical governance standards.
