Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Specialist Skin Cancer to work in a private GP practice in Soho, covering a minimum of 16 hours a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skin cancer care and be able to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the physician in the performance of skin exams and monitor patient medical history.
- Educate patients on skin protection and care for skin diseases and conditions.
- Ensure high standards of care for patients and compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Enhance quality of care by assisting with the management of change in nursing practice based on evidence and research.
- Practice multidisciplinary team care and contribute to its successful management.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing education program.
- Experience in skin cancer care and screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
