About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Clean Water Process Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our cities and environments.

This is a unique opportunity to join our talented team and contribute to the development of critical UK infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our clients to deliver integrated design solutions and grow our process engineering capability within the practice.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes.
  • Define briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
  • Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Set quality assurance standards in design.
  • Grow, develop, and manage process engineering capability within the practice.

This role may require security clearance, and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
