We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Hairdressing Instructor to join our dedicated team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator with a proven track record of success in hairdressing to make a real difference in the lives of learners.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective Hairdressing instruction across various levels, from Level 1 to Level 3.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and achievement.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high-quality educational outcomes.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• A relevant degree in Hairdressing or a related field.
• A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience as a Hairdressing Instructor or similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
