We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Hairdressing Instructor to join our team at Kidderminster College. This role offers the opportunity to inspire and guide learners across a range of levels, from Level 1 to Level 3.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective hairdressing instruction to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student growth and achievement.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives and industry standards.
• Assess student progress through various methods, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or equivalent.
• A degree in Hairdressing or a related field.
• Proven experience in hairdressing instruction at various levels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
