About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at GroupNexus. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts across various sectors, including Leisure, Healthcare, Retail, and Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively analyze account performance and identify potential issues to ensure optimal results.
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and senior executives to drive business growth.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status to stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve queries, escalating to Senior Account Managers when necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in a similar industry.
  • Prior experience in Parking, Property, Real Estate, or Retail is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
