Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Ashford & St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth running of our wards and departments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.
- Deputize for the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse and take on additional responsibilities as required.
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Experience of working in a hospital setting, preferably in a ward or department similar to the one you are applying for.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the smooth running of the ward or department.
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
