Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage capital investment projects from inception to completion
  • Report directly to the founders of the business

  • Provide the full spectrum of CM services to clients
  • Advise clients and design teams on cost, value, and risk

Requirements
  • Operate ethically and with integrity

  • Proven experience of managing a team within a cost management consultancy environment
  • Proven experience in a consulting environment providing the full spectrum of CM services
  • Understanding of JCT and NEC standard forms of contract
  • Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on cost, value, and risk
  • Willingness to challenge in a positive and engaging manner
  • People management skills and the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to work under own initiative where appropriate
