- Evaluate Security Products: Evaluate security, CCTV, and access control products to assess their functionality and suitability for integration within our energy sector infrastructure.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements and address concerns.
- Subject Matter Expert: Become the subject matter expert for physical security software and provide high-level support to internal teams and external clients on complex security solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of security systems.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, by implementing appropriate security measures and controls.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive and hands-on working knowledge of the Gallagher system, with a focus on operational/configuration, software/hardware/interfaces/API/Logic Blocks/RFID, and support/maintenance processes.
- System Maintenance: Extensive experience with Synergy, including operational and back-end system maintenance, configuration, and integrations, as well as fault/fix support.
- Learning and Development: Willingness and aptitude to learn new integrated security solutions and become the subject matter expert.
- Technical Literacy: Technological literacy in learning, operating, building, and troubleshooting for software, systems, and other technological equipment.
- Security Knowledge: Familiarity with Security Application Providers and demonstrable knowledge of Windows Server 2016, networking fundamentals, and ITIL best practices.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail, particularly in documentation and project management.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Programming Languages and Tools.
A competitive salary between £53,000 – 60,000, dependent on experience and capability. As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on company performance, 26 days annual leave as standard, and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
