**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Porter. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are clean and well-maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Remove all rubbish and bottles from the plate wash area to the skip and return the trolley for bottles.
  • Restock various plates and utensils in the larder, hot pass, and fish section, ensuring all china is clean.
  • Stack plates in the larder pass and fish section.
  • Ensure the work area is left clean and tidy.
  • Keep rubbish trolleys clean at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Be fully aware of all hygiene control and chemicals used in the workplace.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail, organisational skills, and confident communication with the team
  • Great timekeeping skills and ability to prioritise tasks
