Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of refurbishment projects across Bracknell, ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standards and within the specified timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage subcontractors undertaking works, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the programme, including progress meetings and site inspections.
  • Set up and maintain Health and Safety documentation, including RAMS and Construction Phase Plans.
  • Lead and motivate site teams, including Assistant Site Managers, RLOs, and in-house labour.
  • Hold relevant qualifications, including SMSTS, Scaffold Inspection Certificate, First Aid, CSCS Card, and Asbestos Awareness (preferred).

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in leading site teams and delivering refurbishment projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and best practices.
