We are on the lookout for a skilled professional to take on a Maternity Cover position, serving as the central figure in uSwitch's internal communications. Your role will encompass promoting strategic coherence, nurturing a robust organizational culture, and enhancing employee involvement. Working closely with cross-departmental teams and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will significantly influence our corporate communication framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the implementation of a new internal communications system
  • Design and execute a communication plan centered on culture and engagement
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure communications align with organizational goals
  • Oversee the communications landscape to guarantee a cohesive employee experience
  • Organize key company events and meetings
  • Build strong relationships throughout the organization for effective information exchange
  • Counsel the leadership team on impactful communication methods
