Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Coronation Court, a brand new care home in Cannock. As a Registered Nurse with Exemplar Health Care, you will be empowered to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and provide person-centered nursing care to residents with complex needs
- Administer medication safely and effectively
- Promote health and wellbeing through education and support
- Manage situations where residents display behaviors of concern
- Lead by example, coaching and supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional care
Requirements
- First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN
- Knowledge of assessment, admission, and discharge processes
- Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
