Position Overview:
As an HVAC Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing both scheduled and urgent maintenance tasks across various sites. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that all technical repairs and preventive maintenance measures are performed to the highest standards.

Role Responsibilities:


1. Execute the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program within designated timelines, ensuring all related documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with established protocols.

2. Respond efficiently to service requests from the Helpdesk, assessing job requirements and performing necessary repairs promptly.

3. Prioritize maintenance and repair tasks to meet agreed timelines and response expectations.

4. Order necessary spare parts following established procedures.

5. Identify non-repairable issues in equipment and machinery, promptly informing the Line Manager with recommendations for suitable replacements.

6. Maintain compliance documentation consistently, ensuring it is always current.

7. Conduct surveys and compile reports as required by management.

8. Perform minor modifications and installations within your technical expertise, adhering to current specifications.

9. Attend training sessions as needed to keep your skills aligned with industry advancements.


Qualifications and Skills:


- Minimum education level of GCSE / Standard Grade.

- Proven track record of quality repairs and maintenance.

- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Efficiency and speed in task execution.

- Timely response to service requests.

- Successful completion of the PPM schedule within set timeframes.

- Adherence to Health and Safety policies.
