Facilities Director

Join Gleeson Rec as we seek an experienced Head of Facilities Services to lead our facilities management team. This is a newly created role working for one of the UK's leading care and supported living organisations.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and improve current CAFM systems and processes to support company vision.
- Enhance the FM helpdesk and manage integration.
- Oversee ESG, Energy, Fleet management, and a portfolio of 200 properties.
- Deliver repairs and maintenance and statutory compliance through the office-based facilities management team and external contractors and suppliers.
- Provide line management support and development of an internal team.
- Proactively improve service and reduce costs.
- Responsible for the delivery of key business and department projects.
- Hold regular calls with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Management reporting to highlight department performance.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient with CAFM systems and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Leadership of a help/support desk function.
- Facilities Management qualification.
- Highly developed approach to customer service.
- Full driving licence.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
- Facilities Management and H&S qualifications.
