Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Practice Manager at Little Rock Equine Vets. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our busy equine ambulatory practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Oversee the management of our office staff, including day-to-day tasks and overall team management.
  • Staff Scheduling: Manage staff working rotas, including on-call rotas and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate the diaries of our vets and office staff, ensuring seamless communication and efficient use of time.
  • Financial Management: Manage debt control, insurance claims, and reconcile cash and card receipts using QuickBooks and our Practice Management System.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Director, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a veterinary practice.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £36,000 - £42,000 per annum.
  • 28 days' holiday (inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata).
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment.
