Key Responsibilities- Customer Communication: Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle, providing clear and concise information about the work to be carried out.
- Job Card Management: Produce job cards on in-house computer systems, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded.
- Customer Updates: Update customers and vehicle records, keeping them informed of the progress of their vehicle's repair.
- Invoice Preparation: Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring that all charges are accurately recorded.
- Repair Estimates: Advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed.
- Insurance Liaison: Liaise with insurance companies, ensuring that all necessary documentation is provided.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Bodyshop Advisor role.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with motor dealership database software, with the ability to use it to manage job cards and customer information.
