Join Our Real Estate Disputes Team

We're a national law firm with a local reach, and we're looking for a technically sound Associate/Senior Associate to join our Real Estate Disputes team based in Leeds or Sheffield. Our team is known for their work in the Real Estate sector, specifically working on commercial and residential real estate disputes/property litigation, with a particular focus on commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Disputes team, you will support the Partners with the continued development and growth of this successful team. You will work on a range of matters, including asset management for investors, one-off contractual disputes for developers, working in collaboration with the insolvency team, advising on option disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, trespass actions, etc.

What We're Looking For
  • Demonstratable technical experience gained within Commercial Real Estate and/or Property Litigation;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
