Senior Lettings Negotiator

Rayner Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Chelmsford. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business and driving revenue growth for our estate agency.
Key Responsibilities:- Rental Valuations and Negotiations: Undertake rental valuations and negotiate with landlords to secure instructions to market.
- Property Viewings: Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Tenant Liaison: Liaise with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and recommend suitable properties to rent.
- Industry Experience: Previous industry experience is essential, with a minimum of 2 years.
- IT Proficiency: IT proficient, with a strong understanding of MS Office packages and the ability to learn bespoke in-house software packages.
- Driving License: Full UK driving license.
The Senior Lettings Negotiator role offers a competitive salary, with basic pay ranging from GBP19,000 to GBP20,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for company car or car allowance, commission, bonuses, and other financial incentives, collectively offering a realistic OTE up to GBP30,000 per annum.
