Finitas is seeking a highly skilled Casualty Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of UK and International Casualty claims.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with solicitors, customers, brokers, experts, and insurers to develop a strategy for timely and cost-effective resolution of complex claims.
- Proactively manage claims, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Work closely with the Claims Manager to ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and insurers.
- Significant proven claims handling experience, with a focus on Casualty classes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
