Job Summary

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager Graduate to join our team. The successful candidate will support our continued growth and contribute to delivering high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the measurement process of all quotations and tenders
  • Support Project Manager with program of works
  • Gaining site experience working alongside engineers to gain electrical engineering experience in the high voltage industry
  • Working towards gaining ENWL and SPEN authorisation (access and measurements)
  • Assist in the preparation of any sub-contract tender action
  • Assist the operations team in capturing costs accurately against the appropriate works budget
  • Assist in obtaining value for money through best practice procurement with the supply chain
  • Use the management information system to track work progress and report on any contract KPIs
  • Assist with risk management and mitigation
  • Assist in the preparation of contract final accounts and support to the operational teams
  • Assist in maintaining visibility of expenditure to ensure works are completed to budget
  • Assist in the management of contract applications for payment by clients

Requirements

  • Degree within Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering
  • Driver's License (or working towards)
