Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to play a key role in the delivery of Technology Enabled Care (TEC) across the Clackmannanshire & Stirling Health & Social Care Partnership area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install digital telecare equipment in supported people's homes, replacing analogue equipment with new digital equipment.
  • Work with the Project Manager and TEC team to ensure accurate information is updated in various IT systems.
  • Provide assistance and care to vulnerable individuals, as required, within the scope of training and competency.
  • Offer excellent customer service to customers, their families, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic IT and administration skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to use ladders and basic hand tools.
  • Physical fitness to carry out installation tasks without assistance.

Working Arrangements

This is a fixed-term post for 6 months, with the option to extend or convert to a permanent position. The post is for 2 full-time equivalents, with flexible working arrangements available.
