Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Early Years Educator to join our team at Blossom Tree Nursery School in Portishead. As a Senior Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in leading our nursery team and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Early Years Educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Develop and implement effective learning and teaching strategies to meet the needs of all children.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Work closely with other Room Leaders and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets the highest standards of care and education.
- A full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification within early years.
- Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
- Demonstrable leadership experience (within Early Years).
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
